My WSM Smoke Day 17 entry this year (29th Mai) are some super nice St. Louis cut ribs from my favorite butcher.
The plan was to go with a 3-2-1 method but due to some circumstances it became a 3-2-2 method 🙂
I used some cherry chunks for the smoke.
The sauce for the glaze was a self-made Coca-Cola based sauce.
