Ok – 28th May is the “International Burger Day”.
We decided to make some incredible Smash Burgers on the Weber Performer.
My favourite butcher was on vacation so I was forced to use Pork/Beef mixed ground-beef from a different butcher.
Nevertheless, the burgers turned out great and delicious but to be honest you really can’t go that wrong with smash patties, they are always the better choice if you ask me.
