DryAged Porterhouse + Gratin

Today it was time to test the “Sear Station” on my Spirit. I decided to sear a dry aged Porterhouse from my favourite butcher. I used the reverse method for this big chunk of meat.
I also decided to use my new “small” DutchOven for a potato gratin as side dish.
Everything turned out very well.
The Weber “Sear Station” is really impressive. I like it !!
If you are thinking about buying a new gas grill, the Weber’s are easy to clean and the Sear Station is just a dream.
