We decided to try a Beef Wellington from the new gas grill this year.
I received this gas grill just a few days before but I used it 2 times already so I decided to give it a try for the Christmas dinner.
I was really a pleasure to cook on the new Spirit because it was able to hold the temp of 180°C super constant (+/- 2°C) over 60 minutes.
