I have a lot of Weber parts in my storage. As I was searching for a particular part I had the idea to build a blue kettle.
Finally the kettle consists of parts from a „One-Touch Gold“ and a „One-Touch Silver“ blue kettle. (Gold and Silver are the old lines from Weber for their kettles – Gold = Premium and Silver = Original)
As you might know an alloy of gold and silver is known as electrum so a new name was created! 🙂
