Whilst I was smoking some cool stuff on my WSM last year at the WSM Smokeday 17 I was already making plans for Smoke Day 18. Things like minor tweaks here and there and I wanted a cool Weber banner.

I was able to satisfy my expectations ! 🙂

I decided to go for BabyBack Ribs as I did last year so I called my favorite butcher a week before for carefully selected pieces for me.
Along with my self made Magic Dust rub I also cooked my Cola based BBQ sauce for the shinny glaze. 🙂
