A so called Spiderwich is a creation of a very cool guy – Me! 🙂
The idea is obviously based on the famous Phillycheese-Steak.
My Spiderwich is based on spider steaks and because the „Philly“ follows hard defined rules like which meat, cheese (Provolone) and the rolls I was forced to find a name for my version.
Here are the ingredients for the Spiderwich:
- Spider steak(s)
- Cheddar (or what you like)
- Bell-pepper
- Onions
- Rolls
