From time to time we make some roulades in the DutchOven but I just recognised that I only wrote one blog entry about it as yet.
So here we go for a second entry.
Using the DutchOven creates (in my opinion) the best roulades – yes I tend to say everything out of this cast iron pots tastes impressive delicious.

The recipe for roulades is more or less simple and I guess everybody knows it.
If not: I found this good recipe from the famous SizzelBrothers (They are also using a DutchOven).
