This was the first time testing my new toy for the Weber Summit Charcoal – “The Spit On Fire” rotisserie.
The rotisserie is a fantastic, high quality piece of kit made in the Netherlands.
I just love it.
I got a nice pork belly from my favourite butcher so we had the idea to “stuff” it with cheese and thin slices of bacon to create a Prochetta Cordon-Bleu style.
