My birthday gift this year was a OONI Koda pizza oven. Due to the actual situation which I like to call “shelter at home” it was also more or less the only present 🙂
24h earlier we prepared the dough. We made my favorite dough. It’s a 70% hydration dough for a Neapolitan style pizza.
We simply like the crust of a Neapolitan style pizza. The crunchy and at the same time fluffy edges are just a dream.

The OONI oven did a very, very good job.
