Today it was time for a “Pulled Pork” from the WSM.
What can I say? It was again a perfect “Pulled Pork” from the WSM. Super tender, perfect smoke ring and of course a good taste of the bark.
Additional I made a mustard-honey sauce which is my favourite for PulledPork. (Cajun style! 🙂 )
I love my WSM! During the 7.5h there was only one vent adjustment needed to keep the heat in my preferred area.
