Today I tried a “Skirt Steak” for the first time.
I also had some “common” German meat for grilling.
The superb meat was from “Jürgen Fleischmann and his friendly team” (except the Bacon for the onions)
In addition we had some self-made:
- “Sriracha Onion Rings“
- Faltenbrot (Folded bread)
- Salad from the own garde
The Steak was super quality and extremely tender. I am not sure if it’s my first choice of beef for my next BBQ but this is only related to my personal taste. The quality was outstanding!
