Ok, it was time to use the new Dutch Oven for the very first time.
We decided to make our own bread in the Dutch Oven.
To be honest the outcome was a bit to crusty but for the first attempt it’s OK.

I found a hint for the amount of charcoal in the internet but now I think I should have gone with less briquettes.
The bread took 45Min (to burn 🙂  )
Next time I’ll go for less charcoal and I definitely will check the bread a bit earlier.
