My Dad owns the Slow’N Sear 2.0.
I had never used a Slow’N Sear before and decided to give it a try with a huge Spare Rib from my favorite butcher.
It’s the 22.5″ Slow’N Sear so I could use my favorite Performer Deluxe.
After some initial difficulties with the temp, it worked quite well over 6h without any further temp adjustments. (average temp. 120)
The Ribs turned out super juicy and delicous.
