today we decided to fire up the new member of our kettle family. It’s time for the smurf.

We chose Bell Pepper Burgers near to a recipe of the famous BBQ-Pit-Boys for our very fist cook in 2018!

Unfortunately we had a thunderstorm and a lot of rain too.

But anyway…
Here some impressions.

The recipe is very simpel.

Sliced bell peppers stuffed with ground meat. The meat is seasoned with a self-made Magic Dust rub.
The cheese is a cheddar.
We had some Jalapeños, some pan fried onions, salad and cukes.

Build the burger according to you own wishes.
