Beef Ribs from the WSM 22.5″

My favourite butcher gave me two nice packs of beef ribs some days ago.
Now it was time to prepare them.
Man I tell ya ! Incredible.

There was also a spare rib left in the fridge so I decided to smoke it alongside the beef ribs.
The spare rib was seasoned with magic dust rub and some brown sugar.
The beef ribs were only seasoned with salt and pepper.

I spritzed the ribs every hour (for the first 4h) with plain water.

Total time was 7h.
Final core temp of the beef ribs was 93°C (199.5°F)
