I sometimes get asked: „Which BBQ sauce do you prefer?“
The answer is always the same: „Depends“
Depends on what?
Depends on the meat, the mood and the time.
If I am in the mood and I have enough time I definitely prefer a self made sauce.
This sauce is based on a recipe from from Aron Franklin. (Btw. Aron Franklin BBQ Smokehouse burned down last Saturday)
I am a big fan of Aron so this was sad news for me.
In the case I have not enough time or I am not in the right mood to go for my own creation I basically choose one of the „Sweet Baby Ray’s“ collection.
