Today it was time for some ribs.
I got some nice baby back ribs form click&grill. I am in the happy position that the butcher is not far from here so I could buy there in the store.
I used my famous self made Magic Dust rub, some brown sugar, apple juice, apple wood chunks and honey BBQ sauce to season the ribs.
I prepared the ribs with the rub the day before and stored them in the fridge.
