Phase 1: Rubed Ribs
Today is Rib-Day.
Five BabyBack Rib from the Smoker.
As you can see on one of the pictures I had to wrap the WSM to protect it agains the strong wind which came up in the afternoon.
The cover is to avoid loss of heat. Wind is, in my opinion, the biggest Smoker challenge.
Boah Du Nase! Sieht echt geil aus! Aber Ribs ist ja deine Paradedisziplin! 😉
