My Dad owns the Slow’N Sear 2.0.
I had never used a Slow’N Sear before and decided to give it a try with a huge Spare Rib from my favorite butcher.
It’s the 22.5″ Slow’N Sear so I could use my favorite Performer Deluxe.
After some initial difficulties with the temp, it worked quite well over 6h without any further temp adjustments. (average temp. 120°C/248°F)
The Ribs turned out super juicy and delicous.
Note to the impressive smoke ring in the images below!
