Yesterday I had a kind of catering job for a local association „Kitzrettung Ehrenbürg e.V.“ (Fawn-Rescue Ehrenbürg registered association).
I prepared some pulled pork (6kg/13.2lb) for round about 20 persons.
I bought 3 pork necks from my favorite local butcher.
The final outcome was just fantastic. The Meat was super tender, juicy and with nice smoke flavor.
Smoke wood was apple wood from around here.
Side dish was a delicious coleslaw provided from a member.
Buns were also provided by two members some home made and some from a local bakery. Both versions tasted super good.

Unfortunately I had forgotten my cell phone at home so I couldn’t take pictures of a complete dish. I hope for some club members sending me further pics.
