Here are some impressions of my participation. (May25 2019)
I decided to go for a Pulled Pork (Boston Butt cut – Bone in) (11.5lb; 5,3kg)
After 5h I hit the stall and decided to wrap the meat in butcher paper to overcome the stall a bit faster.
Over all time was 11h.
