Today we had some baby back ribs (Duroc) from clickandgrill.
I used my Weber Summit Charcoal for the 2-1-1 method.
Rub was a home-made magic dust.


Here are some impressions:

After this was our second time we had some Duroc we decided for ourselves that this is not our meat taste. We will again rely on the „Franconian Country Pig“ as usual.
