I decided to go with the Premium version without a side burner to get the option to fold down the side table in order to save some space if needed.
The build quality appears very good and everything works great.
Although the surface is porcelain enameled we decided to season it with some coats of Avocado oil.
As I am on crutches at the moment my wife did the initial cooks on it and the outcome was absolutely impressive. The heat distribution of the griddle is also outstanding.
