Today I had the chance to taste it on my own.
I got on piece (Alte Kuh) from one of my favourite butchers Jürgen.

First of all, 55€/kg is not cheap BUT it’s worth it’s price !!
Damn, it’s the best dry aged beef I have ever eaten.
