As I am addicted to smash burgers, I was looking for a better opportunity to cook them on a bigger surface than on my small cast iron griddle. Finally, I found this amazing piece of kit and after some email traffic, I was able to get a very good deal from Santos Grills.
This four burner Machine is called Santos Suomi.
