Yesterday was a good day ! A good day because I learnt a lot. I learnt a lot about meat, especially beef at the BEEF BATTLE I got one of the rare seats at this event, because normally it’s just packed. Ok – Lead the charge Jürgen !!
Today we had a Picanha from the salt plank. The meat was again from Jürgen Fleischmann and his friendly team.

Today is RibDay. Five BabyBack Rib from the Smoker.
Today I am about to smoke a Pulled Pork. The pulled pork will be served with self made coleslaw.

Today we will make the famous “Milles&More Burger”. The “Buns” are common toast. The patties are made of 100% beef-groundmeat. Other parts of the Burger are Ceddar-cheese, salad, Magic-Dust-Rub, tomatoes, onions and of course bacon. The BBQ-sauce is in this case is a “Hunt’s Honey-Mustard”
