BBQ Project 2 of the day 07-10-2017

We decided to make this day a Dutch oven day.
For dinner we prepared a “Schichtfleisch”. To be honest I don’t know if there is a English word.
Let’s call it “Meat in layers” 🙂

Folks it’s unbelievably tasty. Super tender meat with super tasty kind of BBQ sauce.
You need to try it out.
It’s super simple.

  1. Meat (pork)
  2. Onions
  3. Ketchup
  4. BBQ Sauce
  5. Bacon
  6. Magic Dust Rub
